I've been working out, like running, doing crunches, and all kinds of things. So now i'm exhausted yesterday i got off from work at 10:30 and exercised until 12:30. I have to do it at that time because I have school and work and i want to stay healthy. I'm not fat but I think so much junk food will catch up one day so I'm eating healthier too.
